To issue a reservation we collect passenger names and titles, travel route and dates, your email address and, optionally, a phone number. Payment details are handled directly by our payment providers and never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your information solely to create and deliver your reservation, to provide support, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Passenger and itinerary details are shared with airlines, hotels and global distribution systems strictly as needed to create your reservation, and with our payment providers to process your order.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your booking session working, and aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@dummyeticket.com. We respond to every request within 30 days.
