Terms of Service
Please read these terms before placing an order.
1. The service we provide
Dummy eTicket issues temporary airline reservations and hotel reservations for documentation purposes, such as visa applications and proof of onward travel. A reservation is not a purchased ticket and does not entitle you to board a flight or occupy a hotel room.
2. Validity
Every reservation includes 48 hours of validity. Extended validity of 7 days (+$7 per passenger) or 14 days (+$10 per passenger) can be purchased at checkout. After the validity period the reservation expires automatically.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger names, dates and routes you submit. Names should match your passport exactly. We will correct a mistake reported within 24 hours of delivery at no charge.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store card details.
5. Refunds
If a delivered reservation cannot be verified during its validity period, we re-issue it. If we still cannot supply a verifiable reservation, we refund the order in full. We cannot refund on the basis of a visa decision, which is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our documents to deceive an airline into carriage, to enter a country unlawfully, or for any fraudulent purpose. We cooperate with authorities where misuse is alleged.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for visa refusals, appointment costs, missed travel or consequential losses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
